This shower head uses Aircore technology.
Air is drawn in through the air intakes and mixes with the water. This increases the pressure and forces the water out to significantly boost the power of your shower. 
Compatiable with all standard shower systems including mains operated, mixer, power or pumped showers as well as electric shower. (not suitable for extremly low pressure systems)
